|Make sure you reach out to us first. You must receive a return authorization prior to returning a DVD. You can give us a call or shoot us an email email@example.com||Place your DVD in a padded mailer along with your receipt from BOX5 and a note as to why you are returning along with your RMA email you received from BOX5.||No need to ship your DVD any other way than first class mail. Keep in mind that BOX5 does not refund shipping charges on any returned item.|

Please read all conditions below. If all conditions are not met, BOX5 reserves the right to refuse any return or to charge a minimum 35% restocking on all products. All returns must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material. BOX5 can only refund the original purchase price to the same payment method used for purchase. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same product.
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges or refunds to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund in accordance with our policies. Please allow up to 10-days for a refund to appear on your account. On most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10-business days from the approval of the refund. Once the check is issued, it may take up to another 10-days to arrive in your mailbox. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
BOX5 is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. BOX5 cannot guarantee USPS ship times and will not warranty our product against shipping issues arising from carrier problems.
